Mediation: When is it appropriate?
ADT Mediation can assist in the resolution of conflict in a range of circumstances some examples include:

Workplace Investigations
If the issue in your workplace has not been appropriately investigated and documented it is generally not appropriate to move towards Mediation. ADT Mediation can provide a professional and experienced investigative team to interview all parties involved and complete a thorough investigation. Such investigations can involve cases of:
NOTE: If ADT Mediation conducts an investigation into a workplace conflict, it is not appropriate for ADT Mediation to also conduct a Mediation which may stem from the investigation. In such instances we would refer the client to another Mediation service.
